THE STORY OF CLARKSVILLE CONSTRUCTION

Adam August started CCS in 1999 from his Clarksville garage with one carpenter, a measuring tape, and a pad and pencil. Initially, Adam worked for friends and family before the word spread about his quality craftsmanship.

By 2013, the staff increased, while parking and more warehouse space were needed to meet homeowner demand.  They moved from Adam’s garage to commercial space on Red Branch Road in Columbia. In 2018, the company had again outgrown its space again and moved to a larger facility in Annapolis Junction near Route 32.

Adam’s original two-man operation grew to a team of 30 experienced tradesmen, project managers and office staff.

Another service was added in 2018. Clarksville Heating and Air was born to “improve life and comfort” for homeowners between the Beltways.  Now, we can make you comfortable in your home AND improve your home’s space.

We start the relationship off on the right foot. We don’t tell you what you want. We listen first. We do not engage in high-pressure sales tactics or play pricing games. These questionable strategies frequently lead to short term gains for our competitors but lead to problems later.

Those contractors are trying to push a certain result instead of listening to what you really want. We stick to the schedule. We give you what you really, really want. It is a common problem in this industry to have contractors disappear during the job without explanation. You will not need to guess if we will show up. We do what we promised.
