After doing careful research and interviewing several companies, we selected Clarksville Construction to replace our deteriorated wood decking with Trex. The entire process, from initial meeting to product selection, pricing, material delivery, demolition, installation, clean-up and final walk-thru was excellent. It was very professional, informative, responsive and thorough. Everything was explained up front, there were no surprises and the quality of work was superb. We definitely recommend Clarksville Construction.

Just wanted to say we were very pleased with our second bathroom renovation with Clarksville Construction.  The crew (Bob and Miguel) were professional and very patient in making sure no details were missed as reflected in their quality of the work.  The attentiveness of our project manager (Randall) and assistant (Madelin) was awesome!  We highly recommend Clarksville Construction. We can't thank Clarksville enough for all they did during out basement remodel. They consistently went well above out expectations, were patient and accommodating to all of our requests, and completed our project almost 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Every person we had contact with during the process was kind and hard working The quality of work was outstanding and they were in constant communication with us about each step. Their worksite was always kept clean and tidy and they were very respectful of us living in the home while they worked. We had a smaller project (front porch railing), but Clarksville definitely provided the same level of service and professionalism that would be anticipated with a large project. Clarksville Construction was wonderful to work with. I can’t say enough good things about them, but here are some:
1. Incredibly friendly, professional and responsive to calls, emails, texts.
2. On time.
3. Doug in sales and designs who first came out was awesome to work with to get a scope of the project. We finished our basement, added a kitchenette and did a lot of additional carpentry. Doug was great in coming up with designs collaboratively with us.
4. Working then with the architects to signing of the contract and then beginning work was very clearly spelled out with no major surprises.
5. Our onsite project manager was Fidel…. Who was awesome. So knowledgeable, available, responsive, and a problem solver. Hope he’s our manager again in the future.
6. Madelin and Mishka were the office contacts and were amazing.
7. The workers that come to do the job were all so kind, professional, and so skilled. And they did an amazing job keeping everything clean!
8. Job finished on time, despite us adding things last minute.
9. Monitoring progress, picking selections, paying invoices, doing change orders was simple with their Builder Trend Platform.
10. Walk through and finalization at end was seamless.
