Clarksville Construction Services renovated our 1970s era basement family room into a beautiful area for relaxing before a fireplace or watching sports/movies; it also has a great custom-built floor-to-ceiling wall-to-wall book case and a new built-in closet for storing art supplies my wife uses in her art studio area of the new space. CCS also re-purposed half of our 12'x24' deck into an outstanding sun room that both my wife and I love (she spends a lot of time in the sun room reading, working on puzzles, and more!). All in all it was a great experience, and when we needed some minor warranty work completed, they were right on it.

The Clarksville office staff, estimator, project leader and workers all performed professionally as well as were promptly responsive to our questions. This was our first experience with them and surely intend to call on them for future projects.

"The crew was very thorough and professional and went beyond my expectations. Our priority was safety and they honored that by their work. After replacing the support beams, they carefully inspected the deck and identified areas needing repairs. In addition to replacing some of the boards, they tightened deck screws and fixed some pop up or loose boards. Although it was not mentioned in the contract, they also repaired and tightened lattice work around the bottom of the deck. They were great about completing the work in time for the pressure washing that had been scheduled for June 5th."
